In the last several months there have been four instances on Fridays or Saturdays we made special trips to this location and the inside is CLOSED during the middle of the day. This last try today was it for us. Management should figure this out - something is not working. We watched car after car pull in get out and shrug their shoulders in disappointment. Fayetteville location always open even with limited staff. C’mon Starbucks… your the big boy on the block

After doing my 10 hour break here last night (Truck driver) I woke up and proceeded inside to get a cup of the tastiest coffee available and let the barista/cashier Jacqueline free lance on helping me choose. This is the best cup of coffee I've had in my life and I don't even know what's in it lol. Very good friendly staff and efficient early in the morning. I'll definitely be back

Neat & clean place with a clean but small rest room. Adequate sitting chairs & tables. Plenty of foods to choose from. I even bought a spill proof coffee mug. Staffs were polite & attentive. Enjoyed my Americano.

I have been ordering pink drinks for a few weeks here and they are awful. They are way too white and do not taste like a normal tasty pink drink. Paying 7 dollars for a drink that tastes not like a drink you want is ridiculous. A pink drink should be PINK not WHITE. It is way water downed coconut milk and no pinkness. It would be okay if this happened like once but it’s been recurring. Starbucks please make the drinks the way you used to I don’t want to stop going to starbucks because you make my favorite drink wrong consistently.

I don’t know what’s been going on lately, but my Pink Drinks from Starbucks have been consistently not pink. Like… they’re basically white. If I’m ordering something called a Pink Drink, I expect it to actually be pink, not watered down coconut milk with a hint of color. It feels like there’s barely any strawberry base being added, which completely changes the taste too. It’s bland, not refreshing, and definitely not what I’m paying for. This has happened multiple times now, so it’s clearly not just a one-off mistake. I get that mistakes happen, but when the drink is wrong this often, it’s frustrating. At this point, I’m questioning whether anyone is following the recipe. If I wanted plain coconut milk, I wouldn’t be ordering a Pink Drink. Please start making these the way they’re supposed to be- consistent, flavorful, and actually pink. Or just add the option to make it less coconut milky on the app.
